| Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By activating your affiliate programme account, you agree to the following terms and conditions of participation. |

The name of this affiliate programme is the doctorjob's Affiliate Programme (the "Affiliate Programme"). |
| 2. |
Affiliate Programme participation. The Affiliate Programme is open to all members of doctorjob.com.my residing in Malaysia only. To participate in the Affiliate Programme, members must activate their doctorjob's Affiliate Programme account. |
| 3. |
Termination of your Affiliate Programme account. We reserve the right terminate your Affiliate Programme account for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following reasons. You will have no legal recourse against us for our termination of your Affiliate Programme account: |

Your webpage contains images or content that is not acceptable to us or is inconsistent with the image that we wish to create in association with our web site |

b. |
Your webpage contains any illegal, immoral, repulsive, defamatory, derogatory, harassing, harmful, threatening, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, racial or ethnic objectionable materials, depicts sexual situations, promotes discrimination on the basis of race, sex, sexual preference, national origin, ethnicity, nationality, disability, religious preference |

c. |
If your site contains any material that appears to us to violate any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, confidential information, or other property rights of any other party. |

d. |
We detect that you are using any method that artificially generates clicks or registrations. Clicks on doctorjob affiliate banners and text links, and registration on doctorjob.com.my must result from genuine user interest (see point e). These methods include but are not
limited to repeated manual clicks, using robots, automated click generating tools, third-party services that generate clicks such as paid-to-click, paid-to-surf, autosurf, and click-exchange programs, or any deceptive software. Please note that clicking on your own banners or text
links for any reason is prohibited. |

Blatant advertising about monetary rewards of the doctorjob Affiliate Programme is not allowed. Eg 'Click on the banners for easy money!' |

| 4. |
Income potential. We do not guarantee potential income that from your participation in the Affiliate Programme. |
| 5. |
Responsibility to link to our site. You will have the obligations to place links on your site directing users to our site. We will make available to you button links, text links and banner advertisements to be placed on your webpage which will direct users to our web site via hyperlink. You are given a limited license to utilise our logo images that we provide to you on the web site. |
| 6. |
We make available links, banners, and other information advertising our site to be used subject to the terms and conditions of this Affiliate Programme. These materials will contain our trademarks and other proprietary property. You may display these materials on your web site for the purpose of promoting our site and participating in our Affiliate Programme. If you discontinue the Affiliate Programme or if your participation is terminated for any reason, you will immediately cease using these materials and will delete all such materials from your web site. |

You will not modify the links or other materials that we provide you or the placement of the links on your page. |
| 8. |
We are not responsible for the failure to award commissions to due to improper formatting of the link from your web site. You should assure at all times that the link is appropriately formatted and report any problems that you may have to us immediately. |

| Definitions: |
| Unique clicks: A unique click represents the number of persons who clicked a link/banner; regardless of how many times each individual clicked the link/banner. |
| Successful registration: A registration is considered successful when the person's registration email is verified through an email link. |

| 10. |
We reserve the right to change and amend the commission structure at any time, in our sole discretion. |
| 11. |
Schedule of payments. Payments will be issued to you on a monthly basis or about the 15th day of the subsequent month. However, we will only process payments with the minimum amount of RM50.00. Amounts below RM50.00 will be carried forward to the following months until your total earnings achieve at least RM50.00. We reserve the right to amend the minimum commission payment amount at any time. |

Payment cheques. All payments will be made via cheques. The cheques will be made out and sent to the name and address that you supplied during the Affiliate Programme activation. Cheques will be sent to you via registered mail. We will not bear charges to re-deliver returned cheques due to failure of collection or inaccurate address provided by you. A postal order amounting RM5.00 should be made out to GTI Specialist Publishers (M) Sdn Bhd to re-deliver returned cheques, or to re-issue lost or expired cheques. |

We reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions of the Affiliate Programme at any time. Notice of changes will be sent to you via email or a posting on our web site. |
| 14. |
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages or liabilities of any nature including but not limited to incidental, consequential, indirect or special damages, loss profits, lost business opportunity of any other damages regardless of whether we were or have been advised of the possibility of the same and took to action to prevent it. |
