• Excelled in extra-curricular activities
• Not presently holding any other scholarship or receiving financial assistance from any other organization
• Pursuing first degree on a full time basis at a local university or institution of higher learning in Malaysia

• Obtained good SPM/STPM results.

The scholarships shall be disbursed on per semester/term basis and shall be paid directly to the institutions except the living expenses. This amount covers registration/course/tution fees and living expenses.

The scholarships are tenable for the minimum period required by the recipients to complete the first degree up to a maximum period is four (4) years.

• Successful applicants will have to enter into an agreement to serve REI for a stipulated period of time immediately upon completion of their studies.

1. Download and complete the application form (giving full personal and academic particulars with certified copies of examination results, father’s/mother’s latest salary slip and other relevant documents).
2. Prepare a cover letter to go with the application.
3. Submit your application to the following address not later than two weeks after the official acceptance by the respective university or commencement of the semester:
